ISOLATION REFINING METHOD FOR 5'-POSITION-PROTECTED PURINE NUCLEOSIDE DERIVATIVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient isolation refining method for a 5'-position-protected purine nucleoside derivative having been difficult to efficiently refine so far. SOLUTION: The method for highly refining the 5'-position-protected purine nucleoside derivative comprises obtaining the derivative as a crystal form including a clathrate solvent therein to remove impurities therein and then carrying out a suspension washing of the crystal form in an aqueous solvent to remove the clathrate solvent. This method enables a high-purity 5'-position-protected purine nucleoside derivative having been difficult to obtain so far to be synthesized easily on a large scale. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
