PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the optical function of an optical element to be injection-molded from deteriorating. SOLUTION: A mold 10a (a first mold part) is configured of an ejection part 11a, an incident plane forming part 12a, a flange forming plane 13a and a deaeration hole 14a and a mold 20a (a second mold part) is configured of an excident plane forming part 21a and a flange forming plane 22a. A molten resin (a molten material) is injected into a cavity A3 through a runner A1 and a gate A2 in that order while the air in the cavity A3 is sucked from the deaeration hole 14a. Next, the mold 20a is released from a molded objective lens (the optical element) and the ejection part 11a is ejected to release the mold 10a from the objective lens. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
