摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode material for a battery capable of providing the battery with high output characteristics. SOLUTION: The positive electrode material for the battery is secondary particles formed by consolidating primary particles containing positive active material particles, and the primary particles contain a conductive material enhancing conductivity between the positive active material particles. By including the conductive material in the secondary particles usually constituted with only the positive active material, reduction of electronic conduction resistance in the secondary particles is made possible, the battery using this positive active material provides high output characteristics. If the conductive material is not contained in the secondary particles, electrons flowing through the secondary particles are necessary to flow through the positive active material having high resistance, and by including the conductive material in the secondary battery, electrons can flow through the conductive material having low resistance.
