PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent burning of a CRT display surface due to electron beams while attaining simplification of configuration and cost reduction of a CRT display device side. SOLUTION: A camera 30 is provided with a location information developing section 32 for developing location information and picture generation start information on a picture to be displayed and digital information, a brightness information generating section 33 for generating brightness information of a picture photographed by receiving the picture generation start information and image pickup output from an image pickup section 31, a location information variant section 34 for varying and outputting the location information based on stored control values and a control value varying section 35 for increasing/decreasing the control values stored in the location information varying section 34 based on the digital information. Thereby irradiation position of electron beams on the CRT display surface is changed for every predetermined period to prevent burning of the CRT display surface by changing location information sent out to a CRT display 10 at a predetermined period and thereby periodically changing time relative relation between the brightness information and the location information.
