The invention relates to an impeller with variable incidence angle, meant for being mounted on the driving shaft of the fan used in ventilation, air-conditioning , autovehicles and ships. According to the invention, the rotor is provided with some semi-hubs (1 and 2) in whose seats (a and b) some annular shafts (c) of some profiled blades (3) are placed, the reciprocal position between said components being kept by means of some cylindrical rollers (4 and 5) protruding , on the one hand, in some cylindrical channels ( d and e) of the semi-hubs (1 and 2) and, on the other hand, in on some cylindrical channels (f) of the annular shafts (c). The seats (a) are placed equidistantly on the circumference of the semi-hub (1) and have a truncated cone-shaped recess (i). The profiled blades (93) are provided at their lower end with a cone-shaped area (u) ending at the basis by a disc (v) provided with a truncated cone surface (n) and also with an annular shaft (c) having a crown (j) whereon some cylindrical channels (f) are located. The semi-hubs (1 and 2) are centred relative to one another and screwed by means of some screws (6) and nuts (8).
