摘要 The antenna of a non-contact hybrid smart card is screen printed in electrically conductive polymer ink on a support 28 of fibrous material such as paper then baked to set the ink and the support including the antenna is then hot pressed between plastic sheets 32. A two-step cavity is milled into the card surface opposite the support surface bearing the antenna and the card chip 42 and double-sided contact circuit 40 is glued into the cavity and connected via the glue 46, 44 to the antenna. Cutouts 22 produced in the corners of the support before the sheets are laminated onto the support enable the plastic sheets to be welded together in the area of the cutouts. The card thus has a preferential delamination zone, which will highlight such factors as extreme bending of the card.
