PRODUCTION OF NUTRITIOUS RICE HAVING INCREASED EFFECTIVE INGREDIENT OF SOY MILK, COW'S MILK AND MIXTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method of making nutritious rice by soaking white rice soy milk, cow's milk and its mixture and then drying is provided. The rice has increased nutrition, prevents deterioration and helps deliver balanced nutrition as well as prevent adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: Rice is milled into white rice, hulls and an embryo, the white rice is washed with water and soaked in soy milk, cow's milk and its mixture and then dried to remove moisture therefrom. Thereafter, the white rice is subjected to the above soaking and drying process once more.
