PURPOSE: A compact device for producing germinated brown rice using vapor generated by an oscillating element of a humidifier is provided. It can be utilized for multiple purposes, such as to humidify the air going into the living spaces and germinate cereals. CONSTITUTION: A combined humidifier and germinated brown rice maker(1) comprises: a body(3) installed with a fan(4) on one side and an oscillating element(5) on another side; a water tank(6) installed with a discharge hole(7a); a plurality of receiving vessels(8,8a) having a different height and containing a vapor discharge pipe(10,10a) with a discharge hole(11) at the center, fine vent holes(9) smaller than the size of germinated brown rice at the bottom thereof and a cover(12) at the upper part thereof.
