PURPOSE: A valve for cutting off over negative pressure of a canister of an automobile is provided to prevent damage of a fuel tank due to transmission of over negative pressure from the canister through a purge line to the fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A valve is installed to cover an evaporation gas inlet part(24) of a canister(20), and includes an upper case(410) having a connecting port(413) formed on a center of an upper end thereof to be connected with a fuel tank side purge line; a lower case(420) coupled to an outside of the canister near the evaporation gas inlet part together with the upper case, and having a central hole(421) formed thereon to connect a space in the canister and a space in the upper case; a purge guide cap(430) installed in the spaces of the upper case and the lower case to be separated from the upper case, guiding evaporation gas or air to move up and down through a space formed by the separation, and having a plurality of vent holes(431a) formed thereon; a negative pressure valve(440) lifted in the purge guide cap by negative pressure transmitted through the evaporation gas inlet part of the canister and the central hole of the lower case to selectively open and close the vent holes of the purge guide cap; and a spring(450) placed in the lower case, and elastically supporting the negative pressure valve.
