PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flat cable connecting holder capable of easily making a branch or a joint circuit from an existing flat cable circuit, and easily operating an interconnection of a plurality of flat cables.

SOLUTION: At least one pair of flat cable positioning through-holes 17 positioning and passing a flat cable 3 to connect to a platy body 16 are provided to be mutually spaced across a direction passing the flat cable 3. A connecting operation hole 18 is opened at a platy part between the pair of the flat cable positioning through-holes 17 on the platy body 16.
