PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate survey conditions even when information pertaining to a composition of an inspection object is unknown. SOLUTION: Shape information and junction information (junction method, quality of material for junction part, and operation procedure) are inputted as information pertaining to the inspection object. Based on the inputted information, a growth direction of a metal crystalline structure is predicted as ultrasonic transmission in the inspection object. Based on the predicted results, a ultrasonic transmission route is predicted. Further, based on this predicted results, a transmission angle of a ultrasonic signal, a ultrasonic transmission position, and a position for receiving the ultrasonic wave are determined as survey conditions suitable for the inspection object.
