PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of being unitized as a whole by making the structure compact to facilitate the assembling, and further reduce the power consumption and the cost. SOLUTION: This cooling device has a refrigerant forcedly circulating circuit in which a compressor 21, a condenser 23, a throttle device, and an evaporator 25 are successively connected through refrigerant pipes 22A, 22B, and 22C, and a refrigerant is circulated by the compressor and cooled by the evaporator, and a refrigerant natural circulating circuit comprising a radiator 33 and a cooler 31 connected through refrigerant pipes 32A and 32B, in which the refrigerant is circulated by the temperature difference and cooled by the cooler.
