PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium ball holder which can easily remove a substance adhering to a titanium ball after feeding the titanium ball into a tempura pan to be used to fry tempura. SOLUTION: In this holder, through-halls (ball holding apertures 11) are provided in a first and a second plates so as to face to each other, the titanium ball 30 of a smaller diameter than that of the through-hall is held rotatably between the opposing through-halls.
