PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the splashing of refuse from a cushion material, or a thread breakage in a quilting work from occurring, and at the same time, to make an outer side fabric bag replaceable by separating it from an internal material pack housing the cushion material, and to make the internal material pack usable for a long period of time or reusable. SOLUTION: The internal material pack 21 is constituted of an inner side fabric bag 22 and the cushion material made of cotton. The external edge of the inner side fabric bag 22 is formed of a plurality of contracting absorbing pieces 22A<SB>1</SB>and 22A<SB>2</SB>. For an outer side fabric bag 25 housing the internal material pack 21, the external edge sides of a rear side fabric 26 and a front side fabric 27 are combined by bag body sewing parts 28 and 28 or the like, and an opening 29 is provided on one side. For the internal material pack 21, respective contracting absorbing pieces 22A<SB>1</SB>and 22A<SB>2</SB>are combined to the internal surface of the rear side fabric 6 by an attaching-sewing part 30.
