PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing net having freely changeable net width for getting fishes in a small river having widely different river width caused by weeds, soil or sand by fitting the width of the opening of the landing net to the river width. SOLUTION: This landing net having the freely changeable net width is provided by dividing a frame body 1 of a net bag 9 into five parts, installing a pin hole at the end part of each of the frame bodies. By fixing one of the frame bodies 11 with a supporting arm 8 at the tip end of a handle rod 7, then joining the frame bodies 12, 13, 14 and 15 from the left and right side of the frame body 11 and fixing the end parts with a pin at an opening and closing handle 6. By pulling the opening and closing handle 6 to the handle side, the net becomes to have a width of the frame body 11, and by pushing the opening and closing handle 6, the net becomes to have a width of approximately three folds. The landing net having the freely changeable net width capable of opening and closing the net width for fitting the actual place is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
