PURPOSE: Provided are a tearable polyolefin gas barrier laminated film which contains no chloride and does not require a notch or punch process for a packaging bag thereof, and a producing method and a packaging bag thereof. CONSTITUTION: The tearable polyolefin gas barrier laminated film comprises a laminated polyolefin layer; and a gas barrier layer. The laminated polyolefin layer comprises a non-oriented polyolefin layer and an uniaxially or biaxially oriented polyolefin layer laminated on one side or both sides thereof. The gas barrier layer is laminated on one side or both sides of the laminated polyolefin layer. The gas barrier layer is laminated on an anchor coat layer on one side or both sides of the laminated polyolefin layer.
