PURPOSE: Provided are a detachable supporting plate which is not damaged or broken even though using for a long time and reduces the production cost owing to using the waterborne adhesive, and a preparation method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The detachable supporting plate(100) comprises a detachable supporting member(120) formed of a synthetic resin material comprising PVC; a printing part(110) formed at the lower side of the detachable supporting member and having the various pictures or designs; a white coating member(104) formed at the lower side of the printing part, showing the contents of the printing part clearly while protecting the contents; a double sided adhesive(102) formed at the lower side of the white coating member and attaching the detachable supporting plate to a wall; a primer applied part(130) applied to the upper side of the detachable supporting member; and a water-based adhesive(140) applied to the upper side of the primer applying part.
