PURPOSE: A clutchless compressor with fractured parts is provided to reduce the required parts to simplify the assembling work while reducing the manufacturing cost, and block the power surely. CONSTITUTION: A clutchless compressor with fractured parts includes a pulley(100) formed with a plurality of insertion holes(101) to a side surface where a disc plate is mounted, and the disc plate(200) mounted to the side surface in the proximity to be connected to a compressor. The disc plate is formed with a plurality of downward protrusions(201) corresponding to the insertion holes on a surface facing the side surface formed with the insertion holes by the same number, wherein the disc plate has fractured parts(204) on its outer peripheral surface. Molded protrusion parts(300) formed of elastic buffering material are molding-coupled with the protrusions of the disc plate and inserted into the insertion holes, thereby connecting the pulley with the disc plate.
