PURPOSE: A clip for mounting a headlamp of a vehicle is provided to firmly fix a bracket by moving an auxiliary clip for fixing the bracket as the bracket is inserted in fixing the bracket combined to the headlamp of the vehicle to a vehicle body and to prevent impact force generated in the vehicle and the reduction of fixing force caused by the long-term use by returning the auxiliary clip to an initial state in separating the bracket. CONSTITUTION: A clip for mounting a headlamp of a vehicle is composed of a housing(10) fixed to a vehicle body; a pair of pinion gears(11) rotatively inserted in the housing; an auxiliary clip(20) including a first rack gear(21) screw-combined between the pinion gears and protruded at one side and a fixing groove(20a) for receiving a headlamp bracket(30) at the other side; and a movable rod(22) of which one side includes a second rack gear(23) gear-engaged to the outside of the pinion gear and the other side is penetrate-inserted into the auxiliary clip. The fixing groove is formed in the housing to place the bracket and a placing groove(31) is arranged at one side of the headlamp bracket to insert the front end of the movable rod.
