PURPOSE: Provided is a ball capable of searching using a metallic detector is provided to easily find a lost ball in a sports field or a practice field by mounting a metal core or a metal tape therein. CONSTITUTION: A ball(100) has a metal element(130) mounted therein so as to be made searchable by using a metallic detector. In a case that the ball(100) is formed in a closely packed ball shape, the metal element(130) is prepared on the gravity center of the ball. The metal element(130) is a metal ball. If the ball(100) is formed in a hollow ball shape, the metal element is prepared on the inner surface of the outer(110) of the ball(100). The metal element(130) is a metal fragment or a metal tape.
