OPTICAL MOLDING MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN, AND ITS MOLDING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve the optical performance of an optical molding obtained by applying injection molding using carbon dioxide to the optical molding with a design having been not attempted, with respect to an optical molding of thermoplastic resin having a lot of irregularities on its surface.

SOLUTION: This optical molding has corner parts 2 with cross sectional angles θ of 30-160°, and irregularities where curvature radii of tip parts of the corner parts 2 is ≤0.7 μm.
