<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of sealing of a silicone oil inlet about a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A tunnel-shaped inside 24 of the silicone oil inlet 20 is stuffed by a cured ultraviolet cured resin part 25, and an entrance part 23 is covered with a cured silicone resin part 26.
