PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful antibody and a screening method using the antibody. SOLUTION: The polyclonal antibody is the one against (a) an antigen peptide of Pro-Ile-Asp-Glu-Ala-Ile-Glu-Lys-Lys-Ile-Lys-Gln-Asp-Phe-Asn-Ser-Leu-Phe-Cys or (b) an antigen peptide in which a part of the antigen peptide is deleted, substituted or added, and which has at least 80% homology with the amino acid sequence.
