PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a waste of a disk capacity by not storing a whole of the mail into a mail box of a mail server device (or a mail receiving device), if only the latest mail is valid, in a delivery system for periodically transmitting mail. SOLUTION: A service data receiving means 100 receives service data to store it into a service data storage part 101. When a mail receiving means 102 receives a newly received mail, a service determining means 103 determines whether or not the newly received mail receives service, a mail comparison means 104 compares the newly received mail with received mail in the mail box, a mail delete/storage means leaves the number of newly received mails, according to a time series by the number of stored mail specified by the service data, and deletes other previously received mail.
