PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing crime prevention monitoring system which does not give a suspicious person a chance for intrusion by allowing to be in a securing state except a zone where family members walk through to go out just when a crime prevention securing mode is set. SOLUTION: A common receiver 1 is provided with a means for assigning a particular crime prevention sensor as a final exit/entrance sensor 2 among crime prevention sensors, a going-out crime prevention mode selection switch, and a signal processing part which sets a final exit/entrance particular securing mode when the going-out crime prevention mode is selectively instructed, that is, a securing mode for accepting a detection signal from the sensors other than the final exit/entrance sensor and immediately issuing an alarm and further sets all monitoring sections in a securing mode when later receiving a detection signal from the final exit/entrance sensor 2.
