PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating sealing material realizing a reduction of the manufacturing cost, exhibiting superior heat insulation property, and not needing a large power when closing a lid body, and a heat insulating sealing assembly and a heat insulating device using the heat insulating sealing material. SOLUTION: The long heat insulating sealing material SO is used in the heat insulating device provided with a substantially box shaped heat insulating device body 91 having a housing chamber 91a in an interior and an opening rim 91b opening the housing chamber 91a to the outside, and the rotary opening and closing type lid body 92 sealing the opening rim 91b of the heat insulating device body 91 by a circumferential rim 92a. The heat insulating sealing material SO has an attachment base part 1 comprising an elastic material attached by engagement with an engagement groove 93 provided along the opening rim 91b or the circumferential rim 92a, and a sealing part 2 comprising an elastic material having more flexibility than the attachment base part 1 and integrally protruding from the attachment base part 1 toward an opening and closing direction of the lid body 92. The sealing part 2 comprises a hollow first sealing part 21 positioned in an outer side in an inside/outside direction based upon a plane center of the lid body 92 and a lip-like second sealing part 22 positioned inside, maintaining an interval with respect to the first sealing part 21, extending in parallel with the first sealing part 21.
