PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve emergent problems of skin protection from new viewpoints, because it is reported that influences by electromagnetic wave, particularly home electric products, cooking equipment, televisions, fluorescent lamps or office automation products and further cellular phones must be considered in recent years and influences upon young women or babies are particularly large, though damage to skin cells by ultraviolet light having a short wavelength derived from solar beam has been worried hitherto. SOLUTION: The skin care agent is obtained by adding several natural products to a natural polymeric substance as a main ingredient, mixing these components in such a ratio as not to apply excess load to the skin and as necessary adding a substance having a minus ion effect for imparting moisture to the skin thereto. As a result, the skin care agent eliminates freckle and fine wrinkles from the skin and brings about bleaching effect to the skin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
