PURPOSE: Provided is a heat-radiative fire retardant paint with high radiation compared to a conventional retardant material or silicon carbide-based paint, which can be used without restriction on temperature, or without reduction of its radiation degree even when used in an industrial furnace for a long period, by using chrome iron as a base. CONSTITUTION: The heat-radiative fire retardant paint for the inside wall of an industrial furnace comprises 40-70 wt% of a powdery calcined chrome iron having particle size of 200 mesh or less, 5-10 wt% of borax or boric acid solution as a binder at lower temperature, 5-10 wt% of phosphoric acid or aluminum phosphate solution as a binder for high temperature, and the balance of water. |
