The invention is directed to compositions comprising solubilised amyloid-beta peptide or suspension of Aâ peptide and to processes for producing the same by adjusting the pH sufficient to effect the solubilisation, and sterile filtration thereof, to methods of treating and preventing Alzheimer's disease with the compositions obtained.
