PURPOSE: A food keeping container is provided to prevent foods from going bad in keeping the foods for a long time to carry the foods for a long distance by equally holding the temperature distribution of low temperature in a housing space. CONSTITUTION: A food keeping container comprises an outer casing(1) having a predetermined housing space and a cover(3) for covering the housing space; at least one inner casing(5) received in the housing space of the outer casing and composed of a space for receiving foods and a cover(7) for covering the space; a plurality of gap holding members formed at the inner edge region of the outer casing to constantly hold a separated gap to form a predetermined separated space to the bottom, left, and right sides of the housing space; a plurality of ice pack members(15) positioned in the separated space to generate cold air toward the inner casing; and a dividing sill(9) extended at one of the inner and outer casings toward the other one and composed of a pack space for dividing the separated space at a predetermined proportion and placing the ice pack member.
