PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare workflow even when services constituting the workflow are changed, added or the like.

SOLUTION: A registration information storing part 21 of a service retrieval server 20 sequentially updates and stores I/F information transmitted from not only a newly provided composite machine 10 but also other service processors. A registration information retrieving part 22 is currently usable and detects a service processor corresponding to a retrieval request. A retrieval result responding part 23 transmits a service list showing retrieval results to an instruction editor 30. An instruction preparing part 32 displays a service list transmitted from the service retrieval server 20 on a GUI 31. The instruction preparing part 32 refers to and uses the I/F information transmitted from the composite machine 10 and combines services offered by a single or a plurality of composite machines 10 to prepare an instruction.
