INTERLOCKING DEVICE FOR SWITCHING BUS-BAR CONNECTION DISCONNECTOR GROUP IN POWER DISTRIBUTING SUBSTATION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a disconnector from erroneously cutting off a load current at the operation of an arbitrary disconnector used when power is supplied to a power distribution line via a switching bus-bar of a power distributing substation.

SOLUTION: This interlocking device for switching a bus-bar connection disconnector group in the power distribution substation includes a means or software for capturing the main contact opening/closing information of all breakers 52F1-52F8 provided in all power supply cables F1 to F8 via objective switching bus-bar 1B, and the opening/closing information of all disconnectors CDS1-CDS8; and determining a opening/closing condition according to a predetermined algorithm. The interlocking device which can completely prevent arbitrary disconnectors CDS1-DCS8 from being operated by erroneous operations of the disconnectors CDS1-CDS8 provided corresponding to the breakers 52F1-52F8 is constituted as a separate device from a cubicle, etc.
