<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for improving a quality of removing a label of a used pet bottle so as to make its recycle easy. <P>SOLUTION: A pet bottle pressed in a form of a lantern or a cuttlefish which falls down from an inlet 2 of the machine 1 is moved outside by a rotating shaft 6 set forth in the center part of the machine 1 and a rotating blade 8 equipped with the shaft 6 and then beaten to an inner wall of a cylinder by an obstacle board and the rotating blade 8, whereby a label is removed from the pet bottle also by impact caused by striking to the obstacle board. On the other hand, a blower 5 is installed in a pathway to an outlet for a label at the upper site of the machine 1, and air introduced from an outlet 4 for a pet bottle is going upward with forming a vortex by the blower 5 and rotation of the rotating blade 8. By a difference of specific gravities, the pet bottle falls down against the upward air flow and removed from the outlet 4 for a pet bottle and the label is removed from the outlet 3 for a label by the upward air flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
