<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing waste paper pulp in which removal effect of foreign matter is remarkably excellent. <P>SOLUTION: Flotation treatment of fiber suspension obtained by disintegrating the waste paper is carried out to produce the waste paper pulp.
