<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomass conversion type gas generator equipped with a discharge mechanism which makes it possible to rapidly and safely discharge a material accumulated in an oven body for maintenance or inspection and when an abnormality occurs in a biomass conversion type gas generator wherein an accumulated vegetable fuel comprising e.g. sawdust is subjected to oxidation and pyrolysis reactions in the oven body. <P>SOLUTION: The biomass conversion type gas generator is equipped with: a discharge mechanism 102 having a discharge hole 90 at the lower part of the peripheral wall 14 of an oven body 12, with a screw 90 arranged in the discharge hole 90 and rotated by a screw driving means 94, so as to discharge a material 19 accumulated in the oven into the outside of the oven by the revolving motion of the screw 90; a water storage tank 108 outside the peripheral wall of the oven body 12 to introduce a material discharged by the discharge mechanism 102 from the oven into the tank 108; and means 120, 122, 124 for conveying the discharged material from the inside of the water storage tank 108 to a prescribed place 126. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
