<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent graft fabricated from a thin-walled, high strength material for forming an endoprosthesis having high durability and a small contour. <P>SOLUTION: The stent graft comprises one or more stent segments covered with a fabric formed by weaving, knitting or braiding a highly durable, biocompatible yarn having high tensile strengths and abrasion resistance such as an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene. The one or more stent segments may be either balloons expandable or self-expandable.
