PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the switching time of the operating condition or a signal line of an electronic circuit by the bias control of a base- or gate-earth transistor in a cascode amplifier. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit is composed of transistors, each having a third terminal to control the current between a first and second terminals. It comprises a cascode amplifier having an input transistor for receiving an input signal at a third terminal and an output transistor having a first terminal connected to the second terminal of the input transistor and a third terminal connected to a reference potential through a capacitance and a second terminal for outputting an output signal, and a control circuit having a control transistor having a third terminal for receiving a control signal and a diode connected in series to the first and second terminals of the control transistor.
