PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal installing structure of a roller for surely sealing high temperature gas inside a heat insulating chamber, and preventing the deterioration in rotation of a bearing when a tar-like substance sticks to a bearing part for supporting the roller. SOLUTION: This seal installing structure has the bearing 58 for rotatably supporting a rotary shaft 54 of a turn roller 36 projecting from a heat insulating direction changing chamber 14, a seal support part 74 for holding an oil seal 76 and an air blowout port 80 for blowing out high temperature air to a blocking-up space 87 formed of a cover member 86 from the vicinity of the oil seal 76.
