PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device capable of reducing the cost when used in a continuously variable transmission for automobile. SOLUTION: A driving gear 9 formed in an outer peripheral part of a nut 22 is worked by cold forging or cold sizing, and the whole work time is shortened, and mass production is attained.
