PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly fluorinated derivative capable of binding the carboxyl group, and to provide a method for producing the peptide by using the derivative. SOLUTION: The highly fluorinated derivative is represented by formula [I] (wherein Rf is a 5-10C perfluoroalkyl group; R' is hydrogen, an alkyl group, an aralkyl group, an aryl group or a perfluoroalkyl group; A is a hydroxy group, an amino group, an imino group or a thiol group; B is a linker; l is an integer of 1-5; m is 2 or 3; y is an integer of 2-6; p is 2 or 3; q is 1 or 2; Rf, m, p and q need not be the same in each displayed site).
