PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of definitely disposing a stationary member without damaging workability. SOLUTION: The packing structure of an annular fluorescent lamp utensil having a utensil body A and a shade B adhered to mounting faces, wherein a folding section of almost the same height as the thickness of the utensil body A and an upper lid piece 4 which extends parallel with a plywood 2 and covers the utensil body A are formed on the angular packing plywood 2 on which the utensil body A is mounted. The stationary member 20 which contacts the side of the utensil body A on the plywood and is fixed thereto and an interposition member 30 which is interposed between the upper lid piece 4 and a box body 80 and has an insertion protrusion 31 fitting into engagement grooves 5 provided at the piece 4 and the member 20 are provided. In such the packing structure, pushing holes 22 are formed at ends of the grooves 5 on the piece 4 and pushing holes 22 into which the pushing pieces 6 are fitted are formed at the grooves 5 of the member 20.
