PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable and less bulky sheet type manual to be obtained by cutting off only the section written in a desired language irrelevant to export destination countrys and the kind of language. SOLUTION: The process for forming the sheet type manual is formed by partitioning a piece of rectangular sheet 1 into belt-like regions 21, 21 of the same size, printing explanations 23 of the same content in different languages in each belt-like region 21, and bending the sheet 1 at the boundary 11 of the belt-like regions 21, 21. The belt-like region 21 printed in a desired language is cut off from the sheet 1 to obtain a belt-like sheet piece 2, which can be folded as necessary to create a portable manual 3. The adjacent regions 21, 21 on the sheet 1 are bent at the boundary 11 to leave a folded line, enabling the belt-like sheet 21 to be cut off along the folded line without using a scissors or a knife.
