PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool replacement timing indicating device which prevents stopping of a facility due to non-replacement of a cutting tool by systematically and efficiently replacing the cutting tool, even when the number of cutting tools of replacement subject is large in a line with a plurality of the facilities. SOLUTION: This tool replacement timing indicating device is provided with: an information collecting means 1 sequentially collecting replacement time information showing the replacement timing of each tool from a plurality of machining facilities equipped with some tools; a rewriting means 2 rewriting the replacement timing shown by each collected replacement timing information depending on a load of replacing work; and a indicating means 3 time-sequentially indicating the replacement timing information together with the identification information of the machining facility equipped with the relevant tool.
