PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe cutting tool simply operatable with a simple structure, with excellent workability and safety, and causing no damage or the like on a contained communication cable. SOLUTION: This tool is provided with a hook-like cutting blade 20 formed at the top of a shank part 10 of a prescribed length, and a pair of fulcrum bodies 30a, b facing the cutting blade 20 with a space in between at both sides of the cutting blade 20. The cutting blade 20 is inserted in a steel pipe so as to pinch the end of the steel pipe with the cutting blade 20 and the fulcrum bodies 30 a, b, and the shank part 10 is pressed down to continuously cut the steel pipe K in an axial direction.
