PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility of being incapable of liquid crystal panel exchange operation, when the liquid crystal panel and an outer frame member are integrated by completely fixing them with an adhesive, because the once stuck liquid crystal panel is hard to be removed even when a critical defect related to quality is found out in the liquid crystal panel inspection process and to solve the problem that the adhesive is not cured when it is put in the backside of the liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel unit is manufactured through a step to provide a first opening for putting in the adhesive and a second opening for ultraviolet ray irradiation on a sandwiching frame, a step to inspect operation of the liquid crystal panel, a step to put in the adhesive from the first opening of the sandwiching frame after the inspection step and a step to make ultraviolet rays irradiate the adhesive through the second opening so as to cure it.
