PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powdery or granular bathing agent capable of dissolving carbon dioxide in an amount enough to exhibit blood circulation promoting effect, or the like, in a short time and preventing choking fit. SOLUTION: This powdery or granular bathing agent comprises (A) fumaric acid or succinic acid having≤10 wt.% content of powder with≤125μm particle diameter and (B) a carbonate or a hydrogencarbonate having 1μm to 3 mm particle diameter.
