PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and surely deliver powder from a flexible container bag. SOLUTION: A delivering pipe 40 is connected with the flexible container bag 10 via a powder delivery connecting jig 15. The powder delivery connecting jig 15 consists of an outer cylindrical body 23 and a powder guiding pipe 24 arranged in the outer cylindrical body 23. An air blow-out pipe 27 for powder delivery is provided for the powder guiding pipe 24. An air blow-out pipe 28 for powder transportation is provided for the outer cylindrical body 23, and air is blown out from between the outer cylindrical body 23 and the powder guiding pipe 24 in the direction of powder delivery. A powder pump 41 is connected with the delivering pipe 40. A powder transportation pipe 42 is connected with the discharge side of the powder pump 41. An air blow-out pipe 43 for transportation is provided for the powder transportation pipe 42 in the direction of powder discharge. After the flexible container bag 10 is inflated by blowing out air from the air blow-out pipe 27 for powder delivery, air for transportation is blown out from each of the pipes 28 and 43. Subsequently, the powder pump 41 is actuated. A bridge of powder in the bottom of the flexible container bag 10 is eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
