PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a straight finishing oil composition for a fibrous material having excellent antistatic properties and storage stability. SOLUTION: The straight finishing oil composition for the fibrous material comprises (A) a polydimethylsiloxane oil or liquid paraffin having 3-70mm<SP>2</SP>/s viscosity at 25°C, (B)≥20mol% based on the total siloxane units of a siloxane unit represented by the formula, C<SB>3</SB>H<SB>7</SB>SiO<SB>3/2</SB>and an organopolysiloxane resin containing a silanol group and a silicon atom-linked alkoxy group as main components.
