PURPOSE: A complex financial PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) terminal for an electronic financial transaction and the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), and a using method thereof are provided to enhance efficiency by linking with article supply information and customer information as well as a banking business and a credit card business. CONSTITUTION: The PDA terminal includes a CPU(50), a keypad(52), an MSR(Magnetic Strip Reader)(53). The PDA terminal includes a banking business processing module(51), a credit card business processing module(70), a wire/wireless transceiving module(57,58), a data encrypting/decrypting module(59), a serial transceiving module(63), a wire/wireless network controlling module(65,66), a software controlling module(67), and a flash memory(71). A VAN(Value Added Network) system transmits/receives data with a bank, a credit card company, and a credit card VAN company depending on a requested service sort through the PDA terminal, and authenticates a member by confirming member information of the bank, the credit card company, and the credit card VAN company.
