PURPOSE: A fishing rod supporting device worn on a human body is provided to enable both hands to be freely used without putting a fishing rod on the ground, the fishing rod hung down, by constructing the fishing rod supporting device to be mountable on the waist of a user. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a belt(100) surrounding the waist of a user; a supporting portion(200) whose both opposite ends are coupled to the belt(100); a supporting portion(400) provided with a supporting member(420) for supporting a fishing rod; and an angle adjusting unit(300) for adjusting the angle of the fishing rod by turning the supporting portion(400) around.
